"The hot tub wasn’t hot. The room above us, sounded like kids jumping off the bed all night. The front desk heard our concerns and were very receptive. We love this hotel regardless, the staff are amazing, our room was clean, beds were comfy. The pool was a bit cool but it was clean. Highly recommend and we will be back."
