"This hotel was in a convenient location in downtown Seattle. The room felt a little cramped, but most of our day was spent out in Seattle. The staff were friendly, short walk to the waterfront. Building itself felt a little aged but overall a good stay."

"Hotel was okay, decently clean. Pool and hot tub were freezing the first day. We stayed 48 hrs and had no hot water for 36 hrs. They provided a room for us to shower, but did not have a room for us to move to. The room we were offered to shower in has hot or boiling water options. Staff was not helpful or willing to accommodate."

The virtual staff (texting me throughout our stay) were helpful. The location was near all major attractions, walking distance. Over all, good experience! Would definitely stay there again. "
