The Anson- Pet friendly lovely central home. Only a 10 minute walk to everything

Your family will love being close to everything when you stay at this centrally located home. The Anson is the perfect holiday house, located 700 metres from the CBD. Walk to all the shops, pubs and clubs. We provide all the necessities for your stay. Central heating, air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout the house. Pet friendly if you want to bring your fur baby. The back yard, however, is quite small, so perhaps more suitable for smaller dogs.
For security, we do have a camera on the front verandah. Please ensure you book for the correct number of guests and only use the bedrooms that have been booked. Our house is a three bedroom home close to town. The main bedroom has a king bed with ensuite, shower, toilet and vanity. There is a ceiling fan, bedside tables and lamps, built in wardrobe and television.
The second bedroom has a queen bed. There is a ceiling fan, bedside tables and lamps, built in wardrobe and television.
The fourth bedroom has a double bed, bedside tables, lamps and cupboard.
All bedroom have mirrors.

Full kitchen with fridge, freezer, Bosch dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and frother, kettle and toaster.
Large living room with couch and recliners and large television.

A well kept centrally located house. As well as the usual items, the owners provided a full larder and food basics in the fridge and freezer including fresh eggs and milk and cheese and frozen meals.

Tragedy
On our way to Orange (halfway there,Cooma) we found out that there had ben a sudden death in the family. (My wife's father) We immediately had to turn home to support otherf family members and organise a funeral. Consequently we never made it to Orange. We notified our hosts of the situation to be told that there was nothing they could do about it, and that Stayz policy meant that we had to pay full price for a rental we could not use. Disappointing.

comfortable and clean
our third stay at this property supported a family birthday celebration. The large dining table and comfortable sofas helped our elderly mum visit with us, and the family had comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. This will be a place we will use often for our frequent trips to Orange.

The Anson
The property was as described and well appointed. I particularly liked the large covered area in the backyard. The weather wasn’t great & it was handy to use for drying everything off. Lisa was especially helpful in returning a battery charger that I left in the house and later sending in the post.

Had a lovely time. Everything was clean. Everything was supplied. Only downside was the aircon didn’t work and it was an extreme heat wave weekend luckily there were ceiling fans throughout which made it bearable. Would definitely stay again Thanks for having us
