"The hotel is beautiful, clean and has a great location. The restaurant looks nice but the food is mediocre. It needs more variety. Very limited menu. There are small things that would make a difference. Paper en pen in the room and info about the amenities like the gym and breakfast. When they get this figured out I would definitely stay there again."
"We had the quad room because we had our grandkids not was huge by European standards and well-appointed. It has a beautiful view with twinkly lights that the kids loved. And it is a few feet away from a Starbucks. It was perfect."
"Very nice and extremely well located!"
"The staff were the best - accommodating, friendly, quick to address your needs. My room was comfortable and clean, with a spectacular view over the Rijnhaven. The self-service on-site shop was very useful, and I appreciated a real bathroom as opposed to a glass box as in many hotels lately. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough!"
"Definitely would come back oneday, the hotel is clean, comfy bed and spacious washroom. Close to everywhere."
"We were in a city view room that was smaller but very well laid out. The Haven shares what would appear to be an excellent spa like area with a pool, sauna, and relaxing area with excellent views of the harbour with the adjoining Hilton Doubletree hotel. The Haven has a restaurant that appears to be only used for the breakfast buffet which was very good with plenty of options. We would definitely consider staying at the Haven on our next visit to Rotterdam. We visited the DO restaurant in the adjoining Hilton Doubletree as it was convenient to do so. The first night we were advised to pick our own table and someone would be with us shortly. We sat at our table for the next 20 - 25 minutes and no one ever did come by to see us. As such, we left. We decided to try the DO on the second night with the service being much better. The food was reasonably good but on the expensive side. The menu is somewhat limited."
"very nice"
"Beautiful hotel. L83cation right by bus stops and the beach. Balcony sea view room was perfect."
"Location great. Very quiet. Could use a deep clean but generally clean"
