I was very pleasantly surprised - every staff member I interacted with was brilliant, the breakfast is excellent, my room was big and included both a fridge and a microwave, and was insulated from noise from the street. The gym is basic but has everything you could expect from a hotel gym. The staff members really elevated the experience for me. This is an excellent hotel considering the price and central location.
