All of the stuff at the hotel were extremely pleasant and helpful. The hotel is very central for transport, restaurants and shopping as well as sightseeing.

An excellent hotel in a perfect location

Excellent hotel, quite rooms, excellent breakfast, a very nice bar (however only open from september till about april), located in a nice shopping street and with a lot of nice restaurants on walking distance.

Excellent location. Super helpful and friendly staff who resolved a couple of minor issues for us quickly and to our satisfaction. Super breakfast selection and comfortable bedroom. A little chilly initially as the hotel has needed to retain its old single glazed windows. We told the staff and a heater was provided which did the trick. A great hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Indigo. It was conveniently located in front of the Royal Palace, and all the attractions were all within walking distance. You can easily get a tram around the corner to take you to the beach at Scheveningen and to Delft which is 10 mins in either direction. Loads of places to eat locally as well. The Hotel itself is amazing, converted from the National Dutch Bank so it is a really interesting building. The staff cannot do enough for you! Really pleased we chose this hotel

The best hotel ever for a quiet weekend in the Hague! The common area has greenery and several nooks for taking meetings over Zoom. One evening we were even treated to a classical string trio concert. Our room had no air conditioning and the front desk gave us another room.

Very nice, do not book a loft room in summer- the air conditioning doesn’t work well and you have to walk through the hotel restaurant dining room to get to the room which is very odd. The standard rooms off the elevator track are wonderful and we were changed there very kindly!

The only negative is parking and you need to walk approximately 8 minutes. We had troubles with exiting the parking lot on Sundays because the card reader misread our license plate,There is no staff present to assist and you have to wait awhile before someone can help. This happened to us twice during our stay.

Central but not luxurious

Lovely central location in smart shopping area near Noordeinde Palace. Hotel in converted bank building. Friendly welcome at reception and early check-in available. Small room filled with large bed, very little space or storage (clothes rail and a shelf), odd “safe” cupboard with coffee machine and mini fridge. Some fittings in poor condition such as leaky shower door and worn out coffee machine. Watch out for lots of steps - up to hotel entrance, in corridor and even in the room - and there’s no help with luggage.

Excellent and historic hotel almost next to the Royal Palace in a chic street with many nearby restaurants, coffee shops bars and tram stops. We were not advised until arrival that some facilities were not available, dining, breakfast and bar which explains the surprisingly lower cost than expected from staying at other Hotel Indigos. Not an issue as there is so much available in the vicinity.

Points positifs : Personnel sympathique et aimable. Literie confortable. Points négatifs : Propreté insuffisante dans la chambre, notamment au niveau des sanitaires et le sol (calcaire, miroir mal nettoyé, présence de toiles d’araignées). Moquette mais mal nettoyée en‑deçà des attentes pour un hôtel de cette catégorie. Ascenseur et couloirs sales, avec de la poussière et saletés visibles au sol. Le matériel du service de chambre laissé en vrac près de l’ascenseur, donnant une impression désordonnée et négligée. Temps d’attente long au check‑in et check‑out (environ 20 minutes). Chambre non prête à 15 h 20 alors que l’heure prévue d’arrivée était passée. Le personnel, bien que gentil, semblait parfois désorganisé et dépassé. Résumé : L’emplacement et l’amabilité du personnel ne suffisent pas à compenser les problèmes d’entretien et d’organisation rencontrés. Le niveau de propreté et la gestion du service devraient être nettement améliorés pour correspondre au standing annoncé de l’hôtel

Fun in The Hague

Did not have a vehicle so parking is N/A Staff were wonderful and let me check in early. Would definitely stay at this hotel again. My only negative would be that the vault bar was under construction.
