Comfortable hotel, stayed multiple times, mixed overall, as service can be so so and sometimes room is run down. This time everything was a good standard although front desk staff are still not the friendliest, but helpful if needed.

Extremely disappointing stay

Stale hotel - comfortable beds and good blackout curtains but light comes in through a large gap in the bedroom door. Kettle and hairdryer in room didn’t work, they had no room available for me at check-in time, common parts on my floor (4) were filthy. Battery was low on my door lock so awkward to get into the room. Staff were indifferent to issues. Room is really badly appointed with big sections unlit. It’s not even handy for Rotterdam. I would absolutely not recommend.

Enjoyed our stay here

Hotel was lovely. Restaurant and bars were very nice and had a good vibe. Rooms were nice and clean. Dog was allowed everywhere so could sit in restaurant at dinner etc. would return if staying in Rotterdam. Bus stop very close to hotel, so good transport links to the centre.

Ok value for money, nice staff, but a bit rundown

Easy check in and out, staff helpful and friendly. Place is not as clean as it was when I visited 6 months ago and the room I had was a bit run down. Breakfast is not a bad selection, but overpriced as it’s quite poor quality. Overall the hotel is quite good value for money though and well located near the airport. Not well located if you need to be near the centre, but the local bus service is not bad.

Needs updating! Carpet in room looked like it hadn't been changed or cleaned in eons. Rainfall shower dripped even when not in use. Either burn marks or something was stuck on multiple pieces of furniture.

Let down by poor room

Staff were nice enough and ok hotel. But the room was not good; a so called double bed was two twins together and it only ever wanted to seperate in the middle. The aircon made a very subtle noise all night, making it hard to sleep, the room we had did not black out either, with the windows (which you couldn’t open to get air in) looking down into the foyer, so constant light all night. All of which made it hard to sleep.
