I have booked a standard room for one, it was spacious equipped, with daily cleaning, the hotel is pleasant in a good area but if this hotel shares these facilities with asylum seekers the rates should be kept at a lower level.

There was air conditioning. Breakfast was ok but could have been more varied. Unfortunately a particular male staff was very rude at breakfast. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Cleaning service was unfortunately very poor for a 4* hotel and a lot of the staff could not speak English. The hotel also had asylum seekers living there too. So communal areas were shared with them (apart from the breakfast hall) If you are looking for a 4* experience I would not recommend staying here. But for a short trip. It is ok the rooms are well maintained and equipped with a microwave.

If you don’t pay for breakfast you won’t get any coffee. Only Ukrainians get free coffee. There is no coffeemaker in the room, only instant. The head waiter needs education. You should promote Andres (waiter) who knows how to treat a client. Parking is a mess. The front desk staff was not able to explain well how it functions and it was a lot of wasted time to get in and out of parking. The room is nice and clean.

Arrived at hotel after a 16 hour drive. Checked in all good but do not understand why I manically had to fill all my data on an iPad? I did this on the online booking, so why do I have it do it again, not efficient. Went for dinner in restaurant to be told it’s closed but I can walk down the road and find a restaurant. However next to restaurant was a room full of what looked like refugees happily eating lots of food? Should have been told at check in. Breakfast was appalling, nothing was available, no orange juice, one slice of cheese, hot food pots empty. But once again the room adjacent was full of food being enjoyed by whoever they were. Will never use this hotel chain again.

Great stay

I had a great time staying at this hotel whilst i was there. The beds i found were really comfy and i got a good night sleep. The rooms were nice and spacious and also clean. The staff were nice and friendly and made you feel welcomed as soon as you checked in. Top spot.

My overall stay at the property was nice, reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean, and passing housekeeping staff they always said yellow and were friendly. The only negative thing is that the two times I approached the restaurant two separate members of staff were quite rude and unhelpful. This was the only thing that brought the hotel down.

It was clean, tidy, well decorated and room was comfortable but altogether very strange - a huge hotel (long corridors and many floors) and, it seemed to me, empty. No one but myself in the cavernous breakfast/dining room. Odd and disconcerting. Check-in wasn't working properly (that took 20 minutes). I did not see any one else check in or out. Overall, not a pleasant experience and I would recommend the usual traveller to avoid it.

My room was on the 7th floor, standard twin bed room. Very clean, spacious, great large desk and helpful personnel. Wifi: unfortunately not working well reception-wise on 7th floor. Mobile phones had trouble logging in and laptops struggled as well. Suggestion to work at the bar instead was successful. Offered to change room to a lower floor with potentially better reception. Toilet: unfortunately the flush wasn’t working well… Aircon: we followed the receptionist‘s instructions but the room didn’t cool down much even while running the device constantly. So air was really stuffy. Restaurant: rib-eye steak was pre cut into sluces already which i wouldn’t do. I felt like my meat cooled down faster that way. Breakfast: very nice! Good selection, soft boiled eggs were delicious.

Nice hotel, great staff and lovely room at a reasonable price. As I was tired, I misunderstood the instructions given and went to the 6th floor in the wrong part of the hotel, so had to back down to find out where I should go. I then discovered that toiletries had to be picked up at reception, but avoided another trip down at night and got them in the morning. Otherwise all was excellent.
