"景色は抜群に良いところです。ただ、施設の中の掃除が行き届いていなく、オーブンやホットプレートが置いてある棚は埃だらけでした。施設の解説がネット上であまりなかったので、よく分からず、2人で利用しましたが、どうやら大人数で利用する施設だったようです。スリッパや外履きサンダルが10人分くらい玄関口に置いてあるのを見て気づきました。もう少しサイトに詳しい情報（冷蔵庫に食材を入れてくれるとか、調味料は何がある、サランラップやホイルはない、菜箸はないので持参を！等）が予約前に分かると良かったと思います。この宿泊施設は電話で直接オーナーと話せるわけではないので、よく分からないまま行くといった感じで、不安を感じる部分があります。エアビーのようにオーナーと話せると良いと思いました。"

"Staff, location and hotel itself was great! Walking distance to the war museum and memorials. Rooms are bigger than a business hotel and bathrooms roomier. One staff was very helpful in English, check in was sinple, additional 200 yen tax when arriving which is normal for Japan. Parking is a bit complicated that isn’t really mentioned in detail on the websites I could find however, the parking at the hotel is only available for 2 numbered license plated vehicles, meaning under 2000cc with height restrictions. Over size parking was a 3-4 minute walk into a lot that was 1200 yen/day once you gave your ticket to the staff. Hotel was overrun with loud obnoxious American/Australians at the time which was a bit of a downer when trying to sleep at 11 being woken up. It’s to be expected in such a beautiful city near such an important memorial, I would still recommend to others"

"Excellent value-for-money accommodation for the budget traveller! It comes with free breakfast, dinner and a decent onsen with sauna. The room even comes with a sofa. However, do note that the hotel is a 8 min walk away from Hiroshima station."

"Onsen was great although popular as busy. That's good though. Rooms are good with comfortable beds and good air conditioning. Breakfast was good but the coffee machine is awful. Very slow and makes poor coffee with small amount that doesn't fill the mug nor is hot. Lifts are also very (very) slow and wastes time waiting and often full when it gets to your called floor. Definitely need more lifts (obviously unlikely) or at least increase the speed a little bit if possible. This is compounded by being unable to use the stairs which would reduce the demand for the lifts. It's a good hotel but I wouldn't return again."
