The staff at this hotel are incredibly courteous. Every time I've stayed here the rooms have also been spotless. Haven't stayed anywhere else since I stayed here the first time because the experience was so good.

Short stay in Hiroshima. Hotel is located at a great spot, close to the train station and other means of transportation. Traditional Sheraton hotel, with everything you could expect. Great staff and very nice place to stay.

We enjoyed this hotel very much! You can’t beat the location next to the train station. Both restaurants in the hotel were delicious and so were the drinks in the bar on the 7th floor. The staff was very welcoming and helpful.
