This hotel is relatively new so it is in great condition (It shows very little wear and tear). The lobby is on the 14th Floor. You can use the automated check in/out process or talk to very friendly, English speaking humans. Upon check in, guests are given a one page sheet that concisely explains the services and times. Also on the 14th floor is a lounge open to all guests for coffee and limited snacks (cookies/crackers) throughout the day. At 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., cocktails (red and white wine and a few specialty mixed drinks), coffee, and juice were served. The staff politely and efficiently enforces COVID protocals. There is a very nice outdoor seating area with nice views of the city. It is like a little oasis. The elevator is secured with the guest's room key. Our room was a Superior double room with a queen bed on the 11th floor. There is a tiny window above the bed. The layout of the narrow room was strange which made it difficult to get in and out of bed (my only real gripe). While the bed was not pushed against the wall, the walking path was very narrow. You either have to squeeze through the narrow path, climb over your partner to get in or out, or squeeze behind the sofa which is in the middle of the room. There is a mini fridge and free bottled water. The bathroom was clean, had good water pressure, and a fancy bidet toilet with automatic flushing. There is a communal bath and guest laundry(I think) on the 2nd floor but I did not use them.
