Location was perfect. The snack bar was such a cute touch. Loved the laundry in the suite. The rooms are very nice. I just find it weird that you have to walk to other side of the room to wash your hands. But would not deter my stay at all.
Great location in the center of the city. Easy to get to the street car and walkable to all the tourist sites. Plenty of restaurants nearby too.
Staff were extremely friendly. Great touch to have complimentary snacks and beverages in the lobby. This hotel has everything you need for a 2-5 night stay. Highly recommend
Good location and convenient with breakfast, snacks, and a washing machine. Staff are nice but would be a better experience if more of them were multilingual. Some only spoke Japanese and it was difficult to communicate simple things such as whether the tap water was drinkable or whether check out was completed.
The gym was a bit of a letdown, it’s just a running machine and bike. I understand it’s a brand new hotel and it’s small, but it would have been good to see.. a dumblebell/ free weights available with a bench & mat. So there are no options that pure cardio.
The washing machine in the room was amazing and the room has a lot of stuff in it but it is a tiny bit tight for space.
Overall a fair price for what you get & room was cleaned well
Great hotel. Great location. It was very walkable to shopping and the Peace Memorial. They provided little nuts and snacks. The breakfast was good not great. The staff were ok not great. We stayed a night, checked out. and had staff hold our bags while we toured. When we came back to collect our bags so we could catch the train to the next town. We were not treated like we had not been paying guests who were completing their stay. In fact, a comment was made “oh that’s for paying guests”. Not good. I would think twice about staying here again.
Brand new property as it opened on the day we arrived. Beautifully designed and very modern. The staff tried their best however there were some teething issues. We pre-paid via Hotels.com but the staff at check-in said they could find our booking but could not see whether we had paid. Ended up supplying proof of payment by showing them our bank records and for supplying our card number again. This was not ideal and check-in for the 4 rooms our party booked took almost an hour.
Apart from this, the stay was largely pleasant. I particularly liked the innovative idea of the breakfast, offering unique pastries and bread from local bakeries instead of the boring buffet spread. Rooms were reasonably sized. Best feature was the in-room washing machine. However, disappointingly, in one of the four rooms we booked, the washing machine did not work and started leaking water in the middle of the night. This meant that some of us had to stay up until 1am while the staff tried to fix it. In the morning they provided another room for us but caused us to miss breakfast. Nothing was offered to compensate for the extreme inconvenience.

Absolutely loved this hotel. So much That we extended our stay.
Everything was so clean and brand new (opened in May 2026). The hotel and rooms even smell so good. So much so, that can smell it out on the street leading up to the hotel. The staff is extremely friendly. Our room was very comfortable and spacious. Had everything we needed. Was equipped with refa hair drier and shower head (in addition to a rain shower ) which was amazing. Additionally it was so convenient to have an in room washer and drier. Absolutely loved our stay here.
Convenient location, helpful staff, and a nice little snack and drink bar included with your stay. Views from the room windows may not always be great but I would still recommend it to my friends and family.
We have been traveling through South Korea and Japan for 3 weeks and this our 8 hotel and our favorite so far. We are in the bunk bed room and love it. The beds are so comfortable and the air co works very well. Love the shared space downstairs with free drinks and snacks.
This is a great hotel. Washer/dryer in the room was so helpful!

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
The property is still quite new so everything is nice and clean and in great shape. The staff were very personable and helpful. I always try to stay at a Tokyu Stay as they offer a residence type feel and each have a washer/dryer, an amenity that I really appreciate, especially for longer trips.
