"There was zero communication from the property manager about where to go, when to arrive and so on. Attempts to reach them via the Vrbo messaging system yielded nothing. We ended up driving around the town, trying to figure out where we should start the tour, and we eventually had to book a stay in a local hotel and pay for a separate dhow cruise the next morning. I have requested a refund and, as expected, zero response. Awful experience! "

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and very professional. The check-in process was smooth and quick, which set a great first impression. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was especially comfortable, and I appreciated the attention to detail in housekeeping. The location of the hotel is also excellent—conveniently situated with easy access to nearby attractions and transport. The food and dining experience were equally impressive, with a good variety and quality. Overall, it was a relaxing and enjoyable experience. We love everything about the hotel The general manager Meenu Singh deserves an award her whole team here is passion about their guest .Coming from America even if you stay at a5 star hotel you would have never experienced what we did from every staff they was so beautiful humans omg We are so sad to leave . We love All the Staff at Mysk our new home away from home and most of our new Family in Muscat Oman love Asiya’Dawn and Zachary Abdur-Rahman"
