Great place, but host didn't know we were coming

This is wonderful place, but you better be in shape to haul your luggage up about 4 flights of stone steps. Great views of ruins from the rooftop. The host said they had not received any notification of our reservation so we were charged twice.

Nice place, but charged twice

The place is very nice, with a nice breakfast and great veiws of all of the ruins in the area from the roof. However, it is a hotel, not a house. When we arrived, they said they had received no notification from VRBO about out reservation, so we had to pay again when we checked in.

Great place, but got billed twice

This is a hotel, not a home. You have to haul your luggage up about four flights of stone steps, but the view from the roof is incredible of the town and all the surrounding Inca ruins. The hotel was not informed of our arrival and although VRBO said we had paid, we had to pay again on our arrival.
