"Wir hatten Wochen vorher gebucht und bezahlt. Zwei Tage vor dem Termin fragten wir mal nach: Keine Reaktion! Am Tag des gebuchten Termins um 13.30 Uhr (!) kam eine Stornierung des Vermieters! Wir waren damit in Freiburg ohne Unterkunft! Vielen Dank, FEWO, aber sicher nie wieder! Eine Frechheit!"
