We greatly appreciated the number of bedrooms and bathrooms and also the two parking spaces inside the gated driveway. "The property is overall good with perfect cleaniness. The kitchen has everything that is needed. The house is a bit aged (1970s maybe) and renovations are sometimes done without professional help, but everything works and is in good shape. One of the rooms is not really a room ( just a part of the Souterrain with a curtain). The garden is tiny and not really inviting.
