Good stay

Was a great stay. We had booked 2 “family” rooms that could hold 3-4 people as there were 7 of us. Something happened and they only had rooms that could hold 2 people. Since there were 7 of us, they gave us 4 rooms and free breakfast as a consolation. Very nice staff.

Good for a couple of days, only not more

The hotel is basically an old motel renovated into a newer hotel. The rooms barely have any sound deadening. No clothing iron for guest, free coffee or any kind of food service ( besides vending machines). The location is not far from the city or the walking forest trails.

Good staff, poor location

It was a nice place to stay and convenient to have a beer/wine vending machine, however it was far from the city centre, about 40 minutes by bus and tram. Getting back in the evening was also difficult as the buses didn't run late and we had to walk about 15 minutes from the last bus stop. There is nothing worth seeing around and limited food options, so there's no value in being so far from the city centre aside from a slightly lower price. Breakfast was good (13 euros extra). The washroom is kind of small and the toilet seat a little uncomfortable, but overall the rooms are good. Very helpful staff.

Noch winziger als das Zimmer selbst war das Bad und die Duschkabine. So klein, das normales Duschen für einen ausgewachsenen Mann nur sehr eingeschränkt möglich war. Im Zimmer waren noch Hinterlassenschaften früherer Gäste. Die Frühstückseier waren so hart, damit hätte man einen Panzer zerstören können. Auch der Rest des Frühstücks war sein Geld nicht wert. Als wir ab Abreisetag vom Frühstück kamen war der Zugangscode zu unserem Zimmer nicht mehr gültig. Wir mussten nach Personal suchen um wieder Zugang zu unserem Zimmer zu bekommen. Als Heizung dient eine sehr alte Klimaanlage die extrem Laut war. Mann hatte die Wahl zu frieren in der Nacht oder ständig durch die Klimaanalage geweckt zu werden (wenn man es irgendwie geschafft hat bei dem Geräuschpegel überhaupt einzuschlafen). Das Bett war steinhart. Wir hatten Schmerzen nach dem Aufstehen. Kissen ebenfalls von billigster Qualität. Würde keinem eine oder gar mehrere Nächte in dieser Unterkunft empfehlen!

Il nous a ete impossible de rentrer dans l'hôtel a 3h du matin. 2 autres couples de clients étaient dans la meme situation. Le numero d'urgence nous a envoyé paitre. Super expérience. Digicode de nuit notoirement en panne suivant d'autre clients et ils ne trouvent pa de sollution inadmissible et inacceptable !!

Esperienza positiva. Camera quadrupla non molto grande ma ci siamo stati benissimo in due adulti e due ragazzi di 15 e 17 anni. Pulizia giornaliera, camera silenziosa, parcheggio nel piazzale antistante. Struttura in zona comoda per raggiungere il centro di Friburgo in auto.
