"There was a $10 charge to park that was not disclosed until check in. The outside trash was overflowing onto the ground. An elevator was out of order with no signage. The elevator that worked was extremely dirty, the elevator floor was black and looked like it hadn’t been mopped in a while. The walls around the hotel so dirty in areas they were becoming black. The hotel room floor had stains and the curtains didn’t close all the way defeating the possibility of room darkening. For $10 more I should’ve stayed at the Hilton across the street."

"Our room was spacious and had a great balcony. The breakfast is buffet style with made to order omelette station. The staff were friendly and always helpful. The cable cuts in and out but we didn’t spend a lot of time watching TV so it didn’t bother us."

"Unique, artistic decor throughout the hotel. Conveniently located at a major highway intersection. Warm, inviting staff. My room came with a balcony overlooking the pool. "

"Book the room through hotels.com. I provided a different credit card at check in for incidental. After I checked out they charge me again for two nights. Just for two nights Hotels.com charge me 390 (I don’t mind paying) and Marriott another 390. I spent 780 for two nights. I call for a refund and error but no response back. The breakfast is way over priced and served cold. It’s better to a breakfast burritos and coffee from lota burger. But the staff were friendly and helpful."
