"Everything was great. However we would have liked standard sized pillows. These were so small. Not sure why but they seemed half the size as normal. Also our door didn’t close by itself we had to pull it closed every time. "

"I booked a Two bed suite with a pull out bed, and when I checked in they gave me a one bed room and when I told them they said they were all booked up and couldn’t give me what I booked but I could pay for another room with one bed. The manager was rude so I just canceled and went to another hotel. Will never stay at this hotel again"

"The proper is in desperate need of a makeover. When we walked into check-in, we really weren't sure where the check-in desk was it is very small and hard to identify. The lobby is not welcoming and disorganized. It's also fairly dark. The room was clean however the small coffee station cream or sugar and it was very unclear how to make the coffee work. When I picked up the phone to try and call room service which was the whole reason I had selected that hotel I realized the phone while powered, had no dial Conan was not actually connected to the phone network. I had to call in through my cell phone and ask for room service. The food in the restaurant was OK. The staff was nice but not overly cell. Bathroom was clean, showerhead was totally inadequate. Last thing was the air conditioning barely cooled the room. I think there are much better places to stay near the airport. "

"We recently stayed at the Comfort Inn & Suites and had a wonderful experience overall. The staff was absolutely phenomenal—welcoming, helpful, and genuinely attentive. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, making it easy to get a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was another highlight; the included options were delicious and far better than we expected. The only drawback was the soundproofing. Noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway carried more than I would have liked. Still, the overall comfort and excellent service made it a very pleasant stay."

"Front desk was able to accomodate early check in for us. Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. 3 different mirrors in the room was a plus. Minor things would have taken our visit over the top: we didn’t use the shower, but it could have used some updating (maybe tile and a glass door), the pillows would not stay fluffed, so we needed 2 to bring our heads to the right level (pretty common for hotels given how often they’re used) and fixing tank on toilet - it was pretty loud when it would refill (brought to staff’s attention at check out). Overall, a good experience for us."
