"Room was beautiful, huge luxurious bathroom and exposed stone wall. Bed was comfy. Ethan at the front desk helped carry up our luggage (note - no elevators). Included breakfast was above average. "

"Hotel was in an amazing location, staff was extremely nice. Our room was a bit small for 2 adults and 2 teens but that might have been my fault in picking the room, it looked bigger in the picture. Breakfast was good but not worth the price so we only ate once. The hotel has a main entrance which we were not aware of or told. it would’ve been nice to know since we almost fell in the snow. Trying to bring suitcases upstairs. Over a great hotel, would we stay again maybe not since there are not mainy amenities. "

"Balcony pool area was beautiful. WiFi awful on lower floor had to have room moved to higher floor so internet would work. Couldn’t open anything on phone in our original room on 3rd floor. Moved to new room on 9th floor and had no issues with WiFi"
