"Greeted by Talia who made check-in and orientation a breeze. Used valet parking which was well worth it with the in-out privileges which meant we didn’t have to worry about parking ourselves. The room was comfortable though there was hair in the drain of the shower and a used wooden knife left on the bedside table. Otherwise there were lovely toiletries, comfy beds, and fast free internet. There are active renovations going on, but we were not bothered by either noise or visual distractions at all. Well-located with lots of restaurants, pubs, shopping, and sightseeing within walkable distance. Recommend a stay here! Thank you to the staff for the lovely stay. "

"I can tell that my bed was a little used - surprising, considering that this hotel seems to be fairly new. I felt like my head was a little lower than my legs, which felt uncomfortable. "

"Very friendly staff, particularly during the breakfast time. Well organized. Included breakfast was very good (toasts, waffles, scrambled eggs, cereal, oatmeal). Not much underground parking but there is plenty of free parking outside the building. The smell in the room was a bit that of a wet rag but generally very clean floors, linens, towers. So slight smell was the only thing that could improve and at least in our room (we didn't complain as it wasn't that strong nor bothersome enough)."

"This is a nice budget hotel with great parking, but the WIFI wasn't the best. So plan accordingly if you need to take a work meeting etc. But the staff were great and I'd definitely recommend it :)"

"We were there for a work event. Check in was great, the rooms were ok. The entrance was very narrow until you reach the bed. Very small area. I sensed that the room needed to be aired out. The pillows and mattress were, "well used" and had an air of that as well. When I was working from my hotel room, the cleaning staff wanted to clean my room. We were gone from 7:45am with the door tag on! It was 3:45pm to 4pm when they asked me to leave the room as they wanted to go home for the day. I had to go work at the work station in the lobby with NO privacy for me to make calls. It was there that I had a converstation with the hotel chain head office gal. I wished I had her name! I explained and she listened. The guy at the front desk was not helpful for my situation. That was frustrating for me. I suggest checking which folks are GONE at early hours and clean those rooms first! Although I sympathize with the girls wanting to go home, it didn't help me at all with deadlines for my job. "
