The room was OK, but the mattresses were sinking on the middle, making it uncomfortable for 2 people, even one being a child, to sleep on it. Location was great for Winterlude and to enjoy downtown Ottawa.

The room was clean and had everything we needed. We used the gym and it was clean too and had a good variety of machines and weights. The food was amazing !! Great dinner and breakfast at the hotel and great service. Shawn was a great server at the Carleton grill . He had great service and was very funny! I forgot my servers names at the breakfast place but he was amazing and so kind and attentive! The valet was also great and everyone had such a warm and friendly matter! Definitely recommend this hotel and the breakfast package is very worth it.
