Ottawa Embassy Hotel
I’ve stayed here multiple times. They are renovating right now but I didn’t hear any noise or have any inconveniences. The restaurant is good and the rooms have kitchenettes. Great location for events downtown. It’s close to but quieter than the byward market area

Cartier Place Suite Hotel
Wonderful amenities for small children: pool has floaties and kick boards and there is a VERY well stocked small play room with outside playground access.
