"Our stay at the pastell was very nice! The pool was nice and cool with a waterfall. The breakfast buffet and egg sandwiches available in the lobby were cooked to order and tasted amazing, the staff was also all very friendly and took great care of us and the cleaning of the rooms. The amenities available and the room were very nice and comfortable, the bathroom and shower was very unique. Also great location for being central for a lot of great experiences around the area like the bizzar "

"The staff went out of their way to make sure we had a fantastic experience.We got a free upgrade to the deluxe room with a bigger bed and nicer washroom.There is no elevator but dont worry they will bring your bags up for you again thank you so much we had a faboulous time when we go back to Chiang Mei we will def stay there again.😁 Geoff and Denise from Canada "
