We didn’t spend much time in the hotel throughout the day to be honest, since we went on a tour every day we were there. However, the rooms and bathrooms are very comfortable and were nice to return to at the end of a long day. The staff are very helpful and friendly and try hard to make your stay enjoyable. Everything was always clean and organized for us. My family loved the pool area. We did not eat at the hotel.

Room was nice. Pool facilities and location terrible with this loud bang sound every 20 secs from some neighboring kids park. Service at pool bar was terrible - they messed up my order. Check-in and check-out was very slow and the hotel is super crowded with conference crowd in passages leading to lobby. Disappointed with this hotel. Location, room and breakfast were great though!
