"It is a new hotel that still smells new. Everything works and is clean throughout the property. The staff were nice and helpful. Comfortable beds and a better than expected breakfast. We will return. The parking is less than desirable. Limited street parking or $15 per day valet."

"Place was just ok for a couple night stay. You have to go to another loction to pick up and drop off key. Staff there were friendly. Not to far away, within walking distance. Couple blocks away from waterfront area. Bed was ok, couch to sit on was not very good. Room was roomy. Shower flow for hot water was not very good. There is a decent size outdoor sitting area. You will hear noise. I don't think I would stay here again."

"This is one of my favorite places to stay. It’s so quaint, clean and the staff is so friendly. The warm muffins and coffee delivered to your room in the morning to enjoy on the balcony overlooking the water is a huge plus as well. "

"Parking was private and mere steps away. The rooftop patio was incredible! The condo was beautiful & conveniently located to all the best of Beaufort. My husband & I were able to dock our boat across the street & could easily see it out of the window. Communication with the owner was super fast. "Anchors Aweigh in Beaufort, NC is an adorable historic cottage with all the modern conveniences we could want. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed for cooking, and the downstairs bed (the only bedroom we used) is so comfortable. The entire house was spotlessly clean. It is well-located just 2 blocks from the Main Street and waterfront district where there are many restaurants and shops. The hosts, Sue and Ron, were extremely easy to communicate with and did everything possible to make our visit pleasant. We highly recommend staying at Anchors Aweigh cottage in Beaufort, NC. "
