"The hotel is newer and very maintained. Austin at valet was very polite and helpful in telling us hints about Shackleford Island. Rachel (bartender) and Sharon (front desk) were so polite and when we requested the pack n play it arrived within 5 minutes with clean sheets. Everyone we met at the hotel was friendly. The breakfast has a variety of food to please even the picky eaters."

I should have left when I first got to the place because while I was checking in the property owner was reading off a clipboard full of his personal rules while staying at the property... It was overwhelming and very unrealistic and so uncomfortableb but I understand that was his place and he had rules he wanted followed . I "

"There was no kitchen, just a counter with microwave and a small fridge below the counter. Breakfast was packed, had to be ordered the night before, not buffet, but breakfast was really good."
