"This property has seen it's better days, it needs a complete redo and the rooms all smell like cigarette smoke as well as the bed comforters, there was a coffee maker in the room but no coffee, I'm a builder and in my opinion it's outlived it's use"

It was overwhelming and very unrealistic and so uncomfortableb but I understand that was his place and he had rules he wanted followed . I "
