Coral Cottage in Beaufort Historical District

The Coral is our newly renovated compact studio that has a queen size bed, no kitchen but a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, TV, wifi, 2 cruiser bikes and helmets, 2 boogie boards, cooler, 2 beach towels, 2 beach chairs, all linens and towels, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, and outdoor sitting and grilling area. Enjoy walking or riding Coral Cottage’s cruiser bikes all over town! Hi Speed internet for remote working. NO SMOKING! NO PETS.
This cottage is located in the historic district, just 2 blocks from the waterfront. You can park you car and walk everywhere in historic Beaufort. We also include Cruzer bikes for you to get around and see the sights. You'll be 1 block from a quaint brewery, and wine/coffee bar, shops and 2 blocks to watch beautiful sunsets.

Dive weekend getaway

Coral cottage was the perfect location within walking distance to downtown Beaufort. The property was clean and had a hose which allowed us to rinse off dive gear to let dry outside. Would stay here again for sure!

Great Little Cottage!

Tucked Away Gem

Loved this visit! Perfect little cottage for a quick weekend away in Beaufort. Easy walking to all the highlights of downtown and to get in and out by vehicle. Wish we’d had time to take the bikes out and sit outside on the patio a while (next time!). 100% would rent again.

Cute little cottage

We loved the Coral Cottage for the 2 days we were in Beaufort. Its a short and lovely walk to the waterfront where we found delicious food and beautiful views. If we go back and stay longer we will choose one of the larger cottages, but Coral Cottage had everything we needed.

Perfect spot for a few days

Perfect spot for a few days in Beaufort. Place was small but clean and the outdoor area allowed additional space for coffee in the morning and hanging out in the evening. Would definitely recommend.

we had a great time walking around town. The burying grounds was fascinating and beautiful waterfront boardwalk. The place is close to everything and super clean. We will definitely go back!

Cute little cottage in Beaufort

Great little property for a weekend stay for one of my teens and me. It's across the street from the Saturday Farmers' Market but set back from the road so was quiet. A 5-10 minute walk to Front Street--no need to drive in. We enjoyed the outdoor eating area and the parking space was very handy. Everything was clean and as pictured.

Highly recommend! We stayed in the smallest of the cottages. You must be close to whomever you stay with as it’s only one room but it is just lovely for a couple or single person. The bikes are are wonderful addition and the shared space is great.

Cozy stay at the Cozy Cottage

The cottage was very clean well-appointed for it's small size. Very convenient to everything that's around, and nicely set back off of Turner street, so no cars going by when sitting outside. The bicycles were a plus and we used them once. The dehumidifier and air conditioner are noisy and we ended up turning both off, on our second night and sleeping with the fan on which was fine. Overall, very nice stay, in a very nice town.

Love this cottage

We love the cottage because it’s close to town. We can get out and walk to things instead of having to drive and we love it because it’s near downtown Beaufort. We always enjoy our stay here. I haven’t stayed here since 2020. Last time we ride bikes it was fun but I had a bike accident and had her back surgery so I don’t get on the bikes no more But a great place to stay

Carl Cottage was cozy. We would have liked to have a straight back chair in the room because the swivel , low, soft chair was hard to get up from. Also, the bed was hard to get out of - the combination of sheets and softness of the bed made it hard to get out of for us seniors - as if iwas Velcro! The shower was wonderful. Overall it was a nice stay. Surely most of your guests are not seniors.

We Love Beaufort!

While we love Beaufort, and have stayed in another property owned by Robin, this one was too small for us, and lacked some of the amenities to which we've grown accustom. This in no way diminishes our opinion of, or relationship with, the owner. Overall the property was very clean and has a nice outside sitting area with a grill and onsite parking. Unfortunately, the room is damp and requires a dehumidifier which is noisy and needs to be turned off overnight. The air conditioner cycles on and off all night and is noisy. In addition, we had to clean the filters in both units; however, this seemed to help reduce the musty smell in the room - my wife is very sensitive. We’ve been visiting this part of NC every summer for 25 years, staying in Beaufort over the past 10 years. We just love Beaufort and the local community of people. Once again this year, we had a lovely time and will return again next year. However, we will try to book a different Cottage.

Small but cute

Place was just as described. Very cute but small. We stayed for two nights so it was what we were after. Walkable to downtown and waterfront (there is no beach nearby).

Anniversary trip

Perfect cozy little spot to celebrate our anniversary. Check in was easy, property was very clean and as described. Location was great! We were able to walk to the waterfront, the farmers market and lots of restaurants.

Pros - Location is great, place was as advertised and clean. Cons - A/C unit and Dehumidifier are pretty load. Little delay gaining access due to previous tenant or cleaning crew not leaving keys in lock box. Owner got back to us quickly and all good. Only real negative was the unit had a partial roll of TP left for our stay. We called about it and did not get a response. Because we didn't hear back we might have "borrowed" some TP from the brewery down the street which turned out to be a good thing.
