Updated Guest House in Beaufort Historic District--Walkable to Front Street!
- Cozy, private, redecorated guest cottage just three blocks from Front Street! The former studio footprint of the cottage was expanded in 2024 to add a twin-bedded bedroom! Clean and modern with a kitchenette and a large bathroom with shower. The cottage sleeps two in twin beds under a vaulted ceiling. The kitchenette contains a sink, microwave, under-counter fridge, K-cup coffee maker and toaster oven. The house has its own porch so you can sit in the rockers and enjoy the lovely, quiet neighborhood, just a short walk from all the shops and restaurants on the waterfront. Located behind the owner's house. For the comfort of our guests, this is a strictly nonsmoking property. No pets allowed.
