"The BEST place to stay in Akasaka if you want to feel like you’re living there and immersed. Can’t say enough about the Staff! They take care of you above and beyond for all your needs. They are super friendly, super helpful, and so sincere in everything they do for you. Really convenient locations convenience, stores and drug stores are right across the street. Terrific breakfast places, coffee, shops, local eateries all within walking distance. The Mall and Gym are down the street as well....
"The location very amazing, and convenience store very next to the hotel.
Only complaint was the bed was quite small for me and my 8 yr old daughter. "

Top Okura Shukokan Museum of Fine Arts Hotel Reviews
"We love this hotel so much. The spa with pool is fabulous. The rooms are immaculately clean and large with very comfortable beds . The staff are super attentive and helpful. Food is delicious. 5 stars all the way. We have stayed there 4 separate visits now and we will do so again when in Tokyo. Wonderful "
"My family had a wonderful 5 night stay at this truly phenomenal hotel. The Capitol Hotel Tokyu was 5 star in every way. Highlights included beautifully appointed rooms (spacious and stylish, great views, very comfortable beds and incredible shower) and exceptional buffet breakfast. The location is perfect in the centre of Tokyo with two subway stations located directly beneath the hotel - from here you can quickly access Ginza, Harajuku, Shabaka, Rappongi and Shinjuku all reasonably short train trips away. Above all, I want to compliment the service which was truly incredible. Every staff member went out of their way to be kind and helpful to us. For example, I lost my iPad on Shinkansen train and the concierge worked for several days to track it down and get it couriered back from Osaka! My son has special dietary needs helped find him some gluten free food for breakfast. A huge thank you to everyone at the Capitol for a sensational stay."
"Had a great stay in the hotel for two weeks. It has a perfect location for trains and walking. The breakfast was a buffet style with plenty of options for vegetarian and meat eaters. The staff in the breakfast restaurant were great. Food was fresh and it was immaculately clean. Our room was perfect and the bed was very comfortable.it had everything we needed.Never heard a sound from the hallway or anyone in other rooms. The air conditioning was quiet and could stay on all night and worked very quickly to cool the room. All cleaning staff were great. The rooms are cleaned every three days but you can put a sign on the door if you would like a clean between those times. That worried me but it actually worked really well.On the days the room
wasn’t to be cleaned, you put your dirty towels and dressing gowns at your door and receive an amenity bag on your door on return with fresh towels, dressing gowns, cups, coffee and toiletries. It really worked very well. The slippers and indoor shoes they supply are great too. Tv has a movie channel you can choose British films. There is a fridge in the room and tea/coffee facilities. A Costa coffee machine(payable) is downstairs at the restaurant and it cheap. On your room tv you can look to see which washing machines are available in other buildings and it was only about £3 to do a full wash and dry and you can keep track of it through the tv. Takes about 2 hours. Rappongi is a beautiful area. And the hotel was perfect for us.Want to come back! "
