"This is a nice home centrally located to train stations. We did have an issue with the beds as there were no actual mattresses, just pads. The 2 queen bed mats slipped and slid on the wood bed platforms. The heated floors were a nice feature. All the appliances worked. 2 chairs were wobbly or broken. The storage closets were a mess and disorganized, but that did not effect our stay. Being from US, we did not understand the trash bin system but it was never taken off property. "It is close to the station, about a minute walk across the railroad crossing, and there is a Japanese izakaya on the first floor and a café and family mart nearby. The living room is larger than most hotel rooms and refreshing. Everything in the apartment looks new. The space is large and perfect for a family vacation. The railroad tracks are nearby, so that is the only concern for some people."

"First night stay for first time in Japan. Not super easy to locate on Google maps using English but it was still pretty seamless finding the building. Short walk with some uphill. Great space, basic hygiene products provided. Quiet and convenient location."

"This was our second time staying at this property. Masa-san and his wife are incredibly kind, generous hosts. We love the neighborhood - so close to the Asakusa subway for easy access. Peaceful neighborhood that also has great energy. We will stay here again and again!"

"Our room was comfortable and clean. I appreciate that staff replenished our towels and water daily. Linens are changed every other day and that's OK. I wish they would make the beds daily though. The only criticism I have is the wifi connection. It was very hard to connect on an android phone. Hit or miss. We did not use the spa but saw plenty of people taking advantage of it. Finally, I really appreciated the free shuttle bus to haneda airport. It made the start of our journey home very easy and convenient. "

"The hotel is conveniently located in the airport at Terminal 3. The staff is friendly and very helpful for checking in and out. The room was clean and comfortable. The beds are a little firmer than we are used to but are comfortable enough. We were there for one night so it was good. We will stay again in the future due to the convenience of the location at the airport."

"I had a great stay at Keio Plaza Hotel in Shinjuku! The room had an incredible view of Mt. Fuji (on clear days) and we could also see the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building’s light show at night, which was such a cool bonus. The location is super convenient — really close to metro lines, tons of shopping, and all the nightlife Shinjuku has to offer. It made getting around and exploring Tokyo really easy. Breakfast was excellent with a nice mix of Japanese and Western options. Whether you’re into traditional Japanese breakfast or prefer something more familiar like eggs and toast, they’ve got you covered. The staff were also amazing — really friendly and helpful the whole time. You can tell they take pride in their service. Definitely planning to stay here again next time I’m in Tokyo. Highly recommend it! "
