"I found the location to be excellent- within a comfortable neighborhood, close to the tram and to Bilbao Intermodal. The night desk clerk is an angel! He resolved my booking issues, got me checked in at 4:30 am and gave me fresh coffee while he worked his angel magic."

"This is a well located hotel for sight seeing and being close to restaurants and bars. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. We had a river view room and it was a nice size and clean with some nice extras like slippers, tea and coffee making facilities. The architecture in the hotel is a very interesting feature and was what drew me to the hotel in the first place."

"Good food including the breakfast. Staff were helpful. Only slight issue was the ownership changed during our staff, and the room keys didn’t function on day so we had to go back to reception to get the new keys"
