"This was an extremely affordable place to suit our last-minute decision to stay in Koshigoe. The room was great, everything was pretty basic but for the price we paid it was more than enough. "The moment we entered the apartment, we were amazed by the modern interior and owner’s attention to details. TV box allows YouTube videos and the garden has lots outdoor equipments though we didn’t use any due to the weather. Room is spacious and the kitchen has large variety of small electrical appliances. We cooked over the two day stay and enjoyed the meals on the large dining room table. Though the railway is right in front of the house, there wasn’t a lot of trains passing by at night....

"Third time staying at this hotel mainly because of the convenience and being able to immediately relax in a hotel room shortly after arriving at the airport. Despite the constant incoming and outgoing of customers, the helpful staff is able to guide customers for an efficient flow to check-in/check-out and provide luggage assistance quickly. Love all the shops and restaurants nearby but the hotel breakfast was still worth having because of the menu variety. Definitely returning here again!"

The room amenities were perfect for longer stays with an in-room washer/dryer plus fridge, microwave and hot plate. Staff were excellent, friendly and the daily free coffee was quite good. Only negative would be the 2 pillows per person were both overly thin and flat, we ended up buying cushions to save our necks. Would otherwise be 5 out of 5 with that improved"
