"Great seaside resort. Spacious room, good view of the ocean. The private baths were simply divine, perfect way to relax and unwind. Complimentary beer/water/snacks in the room, ice cream after your private bath. The staff were great even with the language barrier they made sure you understood where your room was and where things are on a map. There is parking in front of the hotel but we arrived via taxi, approximately a 5000 yen fare from the Coaska Bayside Stores depending on time of day."

"Hotel staff were very respectful and efficient in their jobs. The room was well organized and cleaned very well.
The hotel was well prepared to deal with hundreds of visitors, especially large tour groups. They seemed to have more than a sufficient number of staff to cater to the needs of all.
Check in and check out was quick and efficient. English language speaking staff were very proficient."
"Excellent location to trains and sight seeing. Bar/restaurant on site. Fairly quiet room. Coin laundry. Comfy beds. Medium room very small- barely room for 2 small roller bags- cannot leave them open. Deluxe room better for space. Pajamas provided and tea and kettle in room "
"Friendly staff, excellent room, great buffet breakfast, easy access to Haneda airport and when good for staying in Tokyo as it's close to Shinagawa station and you're not in a crazy busy area but there's also lots of restaurants nearby. I'd definitely stay here again!"
The Royal Park Hotel Tokyo Haneda Airport Terminal 3
10/10 Excellent
"We stayed for just one night, to be close to our the terminal for an early flight so did not have breakfast. Accomodation was very clean and modern. Staff were friendly, although when we checked in there was an influx of guests and this created a bit of stress among staff during check in, but luckily the hotel offers check in on a self-service device which helped make the process more straightforward. Would stay again! "
