"Fabulous little hotel within perfect walking distance to the harbour/marina. Fantastic hosts, very friendly and welcoming and helpful with local knowledge. Great breakfast in the morning, the local bacon and sausages were DELICIOUS!! Spacious free car park too. Really pleased we found this place, believe all the reviews! "Wonderful one night stay. Huge beautiful room, air conditioning was a bonus in this heat. Loved using the spa facilities and outdoor pool. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Excellent breakfast."

"We have stayed at Astor house before so we came back to the same apartment. They had upgraded the sofas to recliners which was a nice surprise. The apartment itself is easy to get to clean and Torquay town centre is a short walk away. It has a great view over the beach side of Torquay and the area is quiet. The place is clean and well maintained and the host kindly provided some biscuits and milk. I would highly recommend this place."
