"My husband and I have been staying here for over 25 years and it’s one of our favourite hotels in the city which is why we keep coming. The buffet breakfast is one of the best we’ve ever had. Loved the message from the hotel telling us that our room was ready early and we could check in and the online check out is so quick and easy. "

"What a great find! Walking distance to central station. The rooms are compact but the layout makes it work and not feel cramped at all. The decor was really different, industrial vibe. Loved it!. The beds were next level comfort. The pillows, linen and bed it self was divine. Would stay here again."

"The service upon check-in was outstanding. The staff member 'Rosemary' was very proactive in ensuring I understood the process for the off-site car parking. I was also offered a late checkout and she even contacted me in my room about 40 mins after arrival to ensure everything was OK. First class service. Was also pleasantly surprised by the size and space in the gym. The pool was also excellent. Might make this my regular city break place to stay when coming to Melbourne for work & events from Regional Victoria."
