"Steve was very helpful when I was bummed out about my credit card being lost during my trip but we made it happen and I was able to check in. I will say that all the hotels in Florida seem to have pressure/ plumbing issue with their toilets and sinks. When you cross the bridge you hit a couple of places to shop and eat. Otherwise the restaurants around us were closed at 7-8 which seems super early and we door dashed some food on one of our nights. My only big complaint was the “mosquitoes”, not sure what they’re called, they tore my husband and I up. They were around the pool and on our 2nd day the porch. The only real negative of the trip. They need to up their pest control. Lastly the bedding wasn’t as clean as I originally thought. I didn’t catch it until the last night. Otherwise a quiet place to spend some beach time."

"House was very clean and had everything you need for your stay. Very quiet area with very nice people. 2 pools an available, one right on the beach, ocean access. Plenty of great place to go in surrounding areas. Sonya the host was great and very sweet. Highly recommended!"

"Pots and pans weren’t level . Rocked around on burner, but getting new set is easy. Kitchen well stocked otherwise. Due to location, very heavily traveled by cars trucks etc. That’s our fault. Did not pay close enough to location on map. Very clean. Evolve folks exceptional!"

"The unit was clean but lots of things left over in the fridge. Also was instructed toturn the hot water on for the unit for hot water. Water at best was luck warm for showers not good. There was no adjusting on our end to change that. There also is a register hanging out of the ceiling in the front entry way. The Air Conditioning was not on at all on our arrival. it was 93 degrees inside. While we were in the unit the air worked as we set it but when we were gone away from the unit it was changed while being out of the unit to warmer each time we walked in. So just those four issues, other then that the unit was clean, the beds very comfy and as described and the neighborhood is great. The neighborhood is in a great location. thanks,robin"

"Amenities are great! Trailer is dirty and family room/addition has a strong urine odor. Good water pressure and hot water. Golf cart was a nice bonus but runs out of charge quickly. This was the least expensive place to stay on the island at the time I booked so you get what you pay for. Would use it again for the price."

"Wonderful house! You can tell Brian and Laura really care and want their guests to feel like they are at home! Margaret was amazing with early check in and late check out. Very clean home!! Plenty to do, so many things to use at the beach, pools and amenities around. Would definitely stay here again!!!"
