Spacious Beach House in Nettles Island Hutchinson Beach
- Spacious and very clean two story 3/3 home with open floor plan located in a cozy community in the heart of Hutchinson Island. Walk in to a beautifully decorated living room, which offers a comfy full size memory foam sofa bed and 55' Smart TV. A full bathroom on the first floor and a fully stocked kitchen with lots of counter space and bonus seating on the kitchen counter. Upstairs you'll find three bedrooms two bathrooms. The large primary bedroom includes a queen bed, in-suite bathroom, walk-in closet, Smart TV and private balcony. Second bedroom includes two bunk beds and comfortably accommodates 4 children. Third bedroom includes a queen bed, Smart TV and desk with monitors.
Nettles Island offers a private beach and pool for guests of the community. Many activities offered within the community such as pickle ball, basketball, mini golf, shuffle board, racquetball, tennis and ping pong. Within the community there is also marina with boat ramp, grocery store, restaurant, and beach cafe. No golf cart is provided however, golf cart rental available for convenient access to the island and 24 hour security. Ask for details.
