"We had such a great stay here for spring break in Avon! The house had so many fun games and things to do, which made it perfect for hanging out and relaxing together. The outdoor space was amazing and the hot tub was an awesome amenity to have, especially at night with the lights and TV.It’s also a super quick walk to the beach, which was really peaceful during the off-season. There are also some great coffee shops within walking distance, which was a nice bonus in the mornings.The kitchen was stocked with pretty much everything you could ever need, which made cooking at the house really easy. Just make sure to bring your own bath and beach towels!One thing to note if you’re visiting in the off-season is that a lot of the restaurants and ice cream shops nearby are closed for the season, but that also makes the area feel more relaxed and uncrowded. Overall we had an amazing stay and would definitely come back!"

"The house was well maintained, clean, nicely decorated. The kitchen was as well-equipped as we have seen. Nice location, good sunset views, protected from the fierce N winds we had due to a passing nor'easter. There is a fairly small grassy area for rigging sailing equipment. The entire under house area is paved."

"Very clean and well appointed property. The condo building is mostly owner-occupied and the residents were so friendly and welcoming! Beautiful views of the sound. Walk to the oceanfront/beach is easy, although you do have to cross NC 12. Location is convenient for shopping and restaurants. Would definitely stay again. "

"The property was awsome. The living spaces are adequate and very clean. The lounging area's are a wonderful place to have a great time with many games to choose from. But most of all is Mila, the constant host with all questons answered and a outstanding instructions. Definitely a keeper for next rental getaway. "
