"There was several issues with the house. The AC did not work, multiple calls for service were placed and no one ever came out. The fish cleaning station is missing, when we asked for a simple table we were told someone will come out to dig out the cleaning station. That never happened either. Several other minor items not worth getting into. Location is great, the house is laid out well and could be amazing if given some love and upkeep. "
