"Host was excellent at communicating information about the house and area. This helped us to better plan our stay. Communication was always quick and helpful. House was on the beach which was exactly what we wanted. The screened in porch was perfect. House location was in the middle of the outer banks which was convenient to going north to see the sights one day and south the next. Wave Market and Dollar General are close for groceries. I would recommend staying here."

"Excellent house and perfectly described! I would suggest updating dining room chairs and couches as they are either uncomfortable and/or well worn. Kitchen needs dish clothes, bigger coffee cups, and updates to pots and pans. Love the set up with 2 of many items: dishwashers, refrigerators, kitchen trash cans (4), ovens, washers, and dryers! Walk to and from the beach was difficult for my 79 year old mother (she only did it one time because of it), primarily because of steep hill coming back. Elevator worked great the whole time. I would rent this house again and appreciate the great Sept. price!"
