"The location to the castle is 2 nd to none. A 5 minute walk is all it takes to be at the castle. We booked for Bastille Day. Spent the day walking around . We had lunch then returned to 514 , showered and changed. Returned to the castle for supper . Watched the fireworks display which was breathtaking. Fantastic location.The room was clean and equipped with fridge, 2 ring hob, microwave, coffee maker ( one pod machine and also a filter machine) Well worth a visit and great value for money."
"I LOVED everything about this property - it is in a great location to explore the sites and surrounding area of Carcassonne and Monsieur Dominigue, Audrey Tortue et bebe's were a highlight - c'est magnifique! ;-)"

"Breakfast for 10 Euros each was horrible. No hot food, a few small croissants, something resembling yogurt but the worst was the coffee and what passed for hot tea. "

"We had a fabulous stay at Ingrid's house. The house exceeded expectations. The rooms are actually much bigger than the photos show. Ingrid was a very attentive and helpful host. The house was perfectly located for what we needed which was to visit old friends in the area. Caunes-Minervois is a lovely village. "
"Lovely property. Loved the rooms. IT was very hot and air conditioning would have helped. Also would have been good to have waste bags and toilet paper provided, at least for the first few days. Otherwise, loved it, the pool was awesome. "
