Great experience

Very friendly staff, luxurious room, free water throughout the stay, free parking. Walk to the old town of Carcassonne took around 15-20 minutes. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful place!

We were greeted with great warmth by the owner and shown around the very lovely hotel. The design and furnishings are quirky and very impressive. We didn'[t use the garden, pool and spa but they looked very inviting and I wished we'd booked another night! The bed was comfortable and the pillows lovely and full and soft. A great to place to stay, not too far outside of the city

Hidden Gem

Modern property well located in quiet part of the city. approx 20mins walk from the medieval part of the city, and 5mins drive from the motorway. Free parking Great welcome from the hotel team. Room was modern, comfortable and well equipped. The sign of a good hotel is slippers and conditioner. Breakfast can be served in your room at no extra charge which was great for our young family. Has a pool and restaurant which was great. Overall very pleasant.

A Must Stay!

I recently stumbled upon this hotel on our trip across France with my 3 children and we had such a wonderful stay that we will most definitely stay here again on future trips to France. I only wish we could have stayed longer. It has a quiet, calm atmosphere but is super family friendly. I have 3 boys so the pool and the foozball table were huge plusses! The food at the restaurant was delicious and the staff was delightful. We found ourselves deciding to eat both evenings in the hotel restaurant because we had enjoyed it so much. The staff were all so truly accommodating and kind that they spoiled us for all future stays on the remainder of our France trip. Thank you for a wonderful relaxing stay for this mom of three!

A beautiful boutique hotel! A 10 minute walk to La Cite, so near to the action, but far away for some peace and quiet too. A lovely pool, great room and really friendly staff. Shame it was just a stop over.

Impeccable service

One of the best boutique hotels I’ve ever stayed in . Stefanie and Andre runs the hotel and are most attentive and service was impeccable. We received lots of tips and where to go around Carcasonne . We ate at the restaurant 2 out of the 3 nights we were at the hotel . The food was fresh and well prepared . Breakfast was prepared to our specifications and for €16 a head it was plentiful and we could not ask for more . We love this hotel and we will definitely be back .

The room was large and clean and well-appointed. The gentleman who seemed to be the manager was very kind and accommodating. Food was good. Front desk clerk who checked us in argued that breakfast was not included for our price, and I had to pull up the Expedia receipt details - AND she insisted on calling the manager before she honored it. That made for a rough start to our stay. It is not conveniently located to the walled city - I would have probably booked something closer. However, parking onsite was easy and included, and the manager worked very hard to make sure our stay was comfortable and hospitable - which we appreciated.

Le coût du spa non explicité sur internet a été une petite douche froide Repas au restaurant non concluant pour le rapport qualité/prix La chambre reste un super souvenir gravé pour notre famille. Séjour et hôtel sans plus.

Séjour d’une nuit assez compliquer la Clim ne fonctionner pas du coter salon obliger de déplacer le matelas des enfant dans notre chambre en pleine nuit. Chambre immense parfaite quelques point négatif d’utilisation qui rend l expérience assez négative pour tout le monde. Petit déjeuner sans plus. Café trop long et pas très bon. Pain viennoiseries excellent le reste reste standard.
