"Arrived for check in, told the room would be ready within an hour. Never received a call that the room was ready. Had to wait in line and was told the room was ready after 2 hours. They tried to compensate with late check out at 2pm. We had breakfast and tried to come back through security to get our stuff and were told we were not listed for late checkout. Extremely inconsistent service. Won’t be returning. This was supposed to be a blast for my mother in laws bday."

"Room phone was a little glitchy and rang in the middle of the night, but other than that it was awesome! Delicious breakfast every morning. Amazing indoor pool and hot tub. Very close to Bass Lake and Yosemite. Our kids loved it!"

"Booked a one night, this was my second time staying here, overall it’s a very nice hotel and casino but unfortunately my room floors and restrooms were dirty and it didn’t seem like a big deal when I mentioned it to the staff at check out. But overall this is a great location. "

"The bar and restaurant was closed during the time I stayed, so didn't get to try it out. Nice and quiet place away from the highway 41. Will come back to stay again. "
