"食事場所に照明が当たらず、心地よく食事ができなかったことが残念です。"

"Hallways smelt poorly, carpets are stained throughout the facility. We got the 4 person japanese room (only 2 in the room) and it was adeqaute for us. Outdoor tub included with room can only hold two people, food included with half board was buffet style and wasn't very good, however had a decent selection of western, japanese and chinese cuisines."

"Staffs are so helpful and kind. Tatami room is really uncomfortable for elderly people."

"What an unexpectedly seamless stay! There was a shuttle bus that met us at the Shinkansen station that took us to the Onsen. When we arrived, we were ushered to a comfortable lobby for check-in. The bellman showed us the entire hotel and onsen, and walked us through our kimonos and slippers. Lovely breakfast, lovely rooms, lovely Onsen... and another free shuttle back to the Shinkansen station. We will definitely return! "

"We were very well received and the staff were very accommodating. Local was a stones throw from nice eateries and the Happo Bus terminal"

"Wonderful stay at the Hotel Kurobe. It’s a little older property but well maintained. Staff and meals are excellent. Short walk from the train station but it is uphill. They provide a free shuttle which was very convenient with luggage "
