This property was beautiful and very clean. Staff are super friendly and accomodating. It is a bit out the way from main areas of Hakuba. However, the hotel does have a shuttle bus, only on a limited schedule though.

The property is not safe during COVID-19. It requires half-board, and continues to serve its meals indoors, via a buffet. Yes, they include disinfectant at the tables and provide people with plastic hand-coverings, but numerous studies show this is not enough and buffets are some of the most dangerous ...
