Ocean Front’s Top End Unit; Partial Ocean View in Lanai; 1 minute walk to Beach

"The front staff was polite but didn’t radiate any warmth and made it clear the VRBO was not to call with any concerns or included in hotel amenities. The light upon entering was not working, We did not contact anyone, just worked around it. The rotating fan was much appreciated for some air movement while we slept. The balcony view was of the parking lot & a side pool with a fountain of a neighboring building. You could also see the highway and mountains in the background which was nice. The weather didn’t cooperate- but the location made seeing the east side attractions quite easily. The refrigerator was helpful, bath towels were nice- beach towels a bit worn, and a microwave would be a nice addition. Overall, we would stay again at this hotel and in this room. It was a great value and location."

"Crystal was amazing she answered any questions we had promptly.The only thing is that the original website description of the room noted was the room had two queen beds and was an end too so you only had one neighboring guest. The bed was actually a king bed which was ok. The room had guests on both sides. Thought here was this was changed when the hurricane hit in August so contractors were fixing the end rooms. But Al in all great stay would recommend to anybody visiting this island.Thank you Crystal"

"Jaimini was a wonderful host! She was extremely quick with responding to any questions we had. The last day of our stY our flight was canceled and moved to the next day due to a tropical storm. We messaged Jaimini on short notice to extend our stay an extra day, and she quickly responded and was generous enough to allow us to extend our stay. The staff at check in and check out were very helpful and friendly as well. The property was very clean. My wife and I would highly recommend staying here!"
