"Mounque's place was perfectly located for us. We were able to see sites from all over the island. We also arrived late in the evening so being close to the airport was a bonus. My husband is a chef and the kitchen is one of the best outfitted we have experienced. We were able to walk every day around the property and beach."

"10/10 would recommend. We had a recently renovated ground floor unit which was more than big enough for our family of 5. Big, comfy bedrooms. Kitchen with all the dishes and utensils we needed, with grills around the property that we used several times for making meals. Access to the large pools at the Outrigger Resort next door and right on the beach. Short driving distances to a 2 different towns with safe beaches to play at and hangout. All in all, fantastic place for a family to vacation. Just watch out for the chickens."

"Location is perfect for this rental. Close to the airport, but no too close, also centrally located to access all the things Kaua'i has to offer. The resort is amazing with all the amenities mentioned in the listing. The ocean is rather rough right in front of the resort, but there is a little wave break area where little ones could toddle in the water. I would not recommend swimming or snorkeling here because the waves are intense and it's pretty rocky. Beautiful for yoga at sunrise! The unit itself is conveniently located near the elevators with the ocean view as pictured in the listing. The view is somewhat impacted by the fact that this unit faces the industrial side of the resort with deliveries and trash compactors. It didn't impact our experience in the room, but sometimes the noise would disrupt my morning coffee on the balcony. Not a deal breaker given the affordability of this unit. If I'm being picky, the unit has some wear and tear that could be addressed to make it match the rest of the resort. All in all, this is the perfect place for a couple or small family to stay with all the amenities you need to thoroughly enjoy your time on Kaua'i. Highly recommend: Sunrise coffee for breakfast, Shave ice from anywhere on the island, and Mamahune's for drinks and dinner. Also, make time to catch the sunrise at the resort and then sunset at Waimea Canyon on the other side of the island in the same day. It was a great way to enjoy the full beauty of the island!"
