"Nice older place. Quiet location. Communication with the host was great, and check-in and parking were easy. There are several stairs to get to the place, as well as a couple of stairs inside. The deck is nice, although it gets quite a bit of afternoon sun. We enjoyed watching the ships come in and out of the harbor. The bed was comfortable, and the place was well stocked with the basics."

"We were some of the first guests to stay at this hotel. This facility is absolutely beautiful and will definitely become a great place for people to stay and enjoy. The location is close to the airport and a lot of restaurants and stores. The property has parking that's not to far from the building. The room was well decorated and the sheet and pillows were definitely the Hilton level. The staff was super friendly and helpful from beginning to end with them helping us and suggesting places to go visit and eat at. Kai from the front lobby was great and helpful multiple times. One issue is that their in house bar closes too early at 1030pm, and they dont offer any alcohol for sale in their lobby. That was an inconvenience since then we had to leave the property to find alcohol to enjoy in our room. And there was a ton of construction with is to be expected with the recent opening and the hurricane, but a lot of the area where the rooms were at seemed messy and there was too many construction workers around the hotel near the rooms. Maybe completing a portion at a time would have been nicer so not see the behind the scenes. And a piece of metal fell from the ceiling and almost hit us while we were getting ready."

"The home is lovely and modern with absolutely incredible views of the bay, evening sunsets, and colorful sunsets. We are a family of 5 that utilized heavily the well appointed kitchen and made plenty of use of the washer and dryer. The space inside is open, clean, and contemporary. The host added many nice bonuses such as toys, puzzles, and activities for kids in addition to anything and everything you would need for a day at the beach. The property is accessible to anywhere on the island and is centrally located to everything. The short walk to town makes for a nice stroll to dinner, shaved ice for dessert, or some souvenirs shopping. All in all, a great place to stay while visiting the beautiful island of Kauai!"

"This is a beautiful property! I would highly suggest staying here. The layout is fantastic—where there’s essentials like wash stations everywhere for gear and general beach life.The views are incredible and the pictures don’t do it justice. The access to the beach and the beach itself are some of the best in Kauai. The lighting controls are fantastic for all times of day and moods.The master shower - worth booking solely for the open-air double rain shower heads and open sliding doors overlooking the bay. The walk to the lighthouse is just behind the house and gives you views of the ocean that is truly Kauai."
